The main function of the galvanizing annealing furnace is to improve the structure and properties of metal materials through heating and homogenization processes, preparing for the subsequent galvanizing process. This process includes the following key steps:
Heating and homogenization: Heat the steel plate to a high temperature (such as 720 ℃ or above) to ensure uniform temperature inside and outside the steel plate, promote recrystallization annealing, and improve the mechanical properties of the steel plate, such as strength, toughness, and elongation.
Cooling process: Gradually cool the heated steel plate to a temperature close to the zinc liquid temperature to maintain the stability of the steel plate performance.
Use protective gas: During the annealing process, a nitrogen hydrogen mixed protective gas is introduced to prevent oxidation of the steel plate and reduce the oxidized parts.
In addition, the galvanizing annealing furnace also involves environmental protection measures, such as using SCR denitrification technology to treat NOx in the exhaust emissions, in order to reduce the impact on the atmosphere. These measures help improve resource utilization efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.
