(1) Independently driven servo motor. The main function of the paper feeding unit is to feed the cardboard into the next process of the machine, providing raw materials for subsequent printing, slotting, die-cutting, and other processes. The independently driven servo motor serves as the power source for the paper feeding unit and plays a key role during this period. Through the independently driven servo motor, the system can precisely control the paper feeding speed and position, achieving efficient and stable cardboard delivery. This design ensures accurate feeding of the cardboard, avoiding errors and instability that may occur with traditional mechanical transmission methods, thereby improving production efficiency and packaging quality. At the same time, the independent drive of the servo motor also gives the paper feeding unit higher flexibility and adjustability, allowing it to adapt to different specifications and thicknesses of cardboard, meeting the diverse needs of the production line.

(2) Vacuum suction roller-type front edge feeding system. The purpose of this system is to ensure that the cardboard can smoothly and stably enter the next process, providing a reliable supply of cardboard for subsequent processes such as printing, slotting, and die-cutting. It uses vacuum suction technology by setting vacuum holes on the rollers, utilizing negative pressure to adsorb the cardboard, allowing the cardboard to closely adhere to the rollers and be smoothly transported. Compared to traditional mechanical friction feeding methods, the vacuum suction roller-type front edge feeding system has advantages such as fast feeding speed, high efficiency, and high precision, effectively avoiding issues such as sliding, shifting, and folding of the cardboard, ensuring the stability and accuracy of cardboard transportation.
(3) Automatic alignment mechanism. The main function of the automatic alignment mechanism is to ensure that the cardboard is correctly aligned and positioned before entering the next process, in order to guarantee the smooth progress of subsequent processes and improve packaging quality. The automatic alignment mechanism includes a series of sensors, pneumatic or electric actuators, and a control system, which can monitor and adjust the position and orientation of the cardboard in real time. When there is a deviation or misalignment during the cardboard conveying process, the automatic alignment mechanism will automatically activate, adjusting the position of the conveyor belt or auxiliary devices to bring the cardboard back to the correct position and orientation, thereby ensuring the neat arrangement and normal transportation of the cardboard.
