(1) Advanced non-stop plate changing function. The main function of the printing unit is to print on cardboard, providing patterns, text, and other information for carton packaging. The advanced non-stop plate changing function, as a key feature of the printing unit, greatly enhances production efficiency and flexibility. The traditional plate changing process usually requires downtime, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive, affecting production progress. The realization of the non-stop plate changing function typically relies on advanced automation control systems, which can quickly and accurately identify and replace the required printing plates while automatically adjusting printing parameters, thereby ensuring the stability and consistency of print quality.

(2) Independently driven printing plate rollers and anilox rollers. The design and operation of independently driven printing plate rollers and anilox rollers play a crucial role in printing quality and production efficiency. The use of an independently driven design means that each printing plate roller and anilox roller is equipped with its own drive system, typically a servo motor or other precision drive devices. This design allows each roller to independently control its operating speed and direction, enabling precise control and adjustment of the printing process. The precision control system can independently adjust each printing plate roller and anilox roller according to printing requirements, including parameters such as speed, pressure, and position, to optimize printing quality.

(3) High-speed and efficient fixing machine design. The design of the high-speed and efficient fixing machine aims to achieve stability and printing quality under high-speed operating conditions. The fixing machine typically consists of multiple color groups, each containing key components such as printing plate rollers and anilox rollers. In a high-speed operating environment, the design of the fixing machine must ensure good structural rigidity and stability, which is a prerequisite for precise positioning and accurate transfer during the printing process. In addition, to achieve high-speed and efficient operation, the design should also carefully consider the drying time of the ink. Optimizing component layout and reasonably setting gaps can increase the distance between adjacent color groups, thereby significantly improving the drying efficiency of the ink and ultimately achieving the goal of saving energy costs.
