Manually dipping and decorating donuts is often tedious and time-consuming. BAKON offers various solutions for automating these production processes with the stand-alone Donut Dipping Machine and with the fully automated Donut Dipping & Decoration Line.

The dipping process is the same for both machines. Donuts are transported on a conveyor belt through a dip bath with coating product and covered with just the right amount of coating. After they have been coated, they flip over on the outfeed conveyor and are ready for further decoration (if desired).

Both the Donut Dipping Machine and the Donut Dipping & Decoration Line can easily be expanded and adapted to the customer's wishes.
