When we produce scaffolding materials, the scaffold leveling jack base is a necessary part. What is a scaffolding leveling jack base? Why it is needed? What are the sizes and types? You will get answers in this article.

The scaffolding leveling jack base is scaffold feet designed for leveling the scaffold on uneven ground. It is a combination of a threaded stem, a base plate and a jack nut.
The scaffold leveling jack bases are used when the scaffolding is placed on the surface of different elevations. The threaded stem of the leveling jacks is fit on the inside of each scaffold leg (verticals, posts). You just need to turn the jack nut(collar) on the stem up and down to adjust the scaffold posts at the same level.
Cuplock scaffolding is a type of scaffolding characterized by a joining method that uses metal cups to lock beams together. Like other types of scaffolding, cuplock scaffolding is a temporary network of frames used to support workers during construction or renovation of a structure, such as a building, industrial chimney and silo (a tall tower use for storing material) where high access points are needed. The overall stability and ease of assembly of the cuplock system makes it the preferred type for projects where a large scaffolding must be constructed quickly and must support a relatively heavy load.
The distinctive cuplock scaffolding joint system consists of three basic components: a top cup, a bottom cup and ledgers. The cup components are ring like, each with a hollow center that allows the round vertical bar to pass through it. Horizontal bars have ledgers, which are short perpendicular pieces that are welded or affixed to end of each bar, creating a T-shape at each end. U head jack and base jack are used to adjust the non-standard height of structures.
FEATURES:
BASIC STRUCTURE
The Basic unit of a cup lock sca'olding system consists of four horizontal elements which are 'xed at a point along the vertical element. The same element which are part of the system can be used to create suitable solution for the purpose of assembling a stair tower, due to the high load bearing capacity associated with the system.
The Vertical Elements in the system are equipped with locking kits, which are welded on to them at intervals of 500 mm or mm. This o'ers an economical and practical solution for projects which have level di'erence at the ground or at the deck. The locking kit consists of bottom and top cups. Where bottom cup is welded onto the vertical element and the top cup or the upper cup is moveable along the length of the vertical element.
With the mobility of the upper cup comes the responsibility of ensuring that it is not removed from the vertical element completely, owing to the structural di'culties that could occur due to the misplacement of the same. The heads of the horizontal elements, which are structured out of the both end of an elements. With the help of hammer, the upper cup can be rotated in the clockwise direction and the head of the horizontal element is squeezed rigidly between the upper and lower cups.
CUPLOCK STANDARD / VERTICAL

SBSIPL is into manufacturing and export of the cuplock standard/ verticals and are manufactured from 48 mm OD MS Round Pipe, provided in various sizes with Cup Joints welded at 500 mm Intervals or as per the Client's Requirements. The top cups are made from Malleable casting to endure rough site handling, and welded bottom cups are Pressed from High Quality Steel. The first cup from bottom is placed at 80 mm to 100 mm from bottom of pipe.
CUPLOCK LEDGER / HORIZONTAL
SBSIPL Make Cuplock Ledger is used to make rigid bond to endure uneven site handling. Forged Ledger blade is Welded at both ends, which 'ts between Top cup and Bottom cup of vertical.
MS round pipes is used of 48 mm OD and 3 mm Thickness. Minimum projection of blades avoids damages in handling and uniform dimension makes the cup joints rigid.
SBSIPL Industries Manufacturers; able to make customized Cuplock, as per the client's Requirements.
U - HEAD JACK
The U jack or Stirrup head is use for resting decking beam on position at the top level. U jack also used for fine adjustment of level of decking beam, & making deck system in right ' angle. U Jack or Stirrup head is also used for deshuttering of form-work.
BASE JACK
The base jack levels the scaffolding when the Vertical legs are placed on surfaces of different elevations. It ensures all the legs will have approximate equal bearing on the substrate (means the ground on which it rests) the tower rests upon.
Unless the jack is placed on something solid, it will need dunnage (means loose board or matting to keep structure's surface) underneath it to properly transfer the leg load into the soil. The base is the prime component of cuplock system as it is the last member through which all system load transfers to soil.
CUPLOCK SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM has been the world's most popular scaffold system. This is a multi - purpose system, it has been chosen by contractors on many of the world's largest and most complex construction and maintenance projects. It is one of the most flexible types of scaffolding systems that can be used for the construction.
We at SBSIPL aim at providing good quality Cuplock System you require at reasonable prices.
