Do's and don'ts of using a forklift during the hot summer months.

Summer is the high incidence of forklift failure.
So in the hot summer, the use of forklifts have what snow to pay attention to matters? Let's take a look.

1. Pay attention to the temperature
Forklift after 4-6 hours of continuous use, will cause the temperature is too high, it is recommended in a ventilated environment, natural cooling 45 minutes before operation.
When charging, open the battery cover all the way to let the electric control and motor cool down naturally.
After charging, pay attention to adding water to the battery. In summer, the water in the battery electrolyte is easy to evaporate, remember to replenish the battery in time, adding distilled water is preferred, and keep the charging place dry and ventilated.

2. Pay attention to waterproof
In summer, there are more typhoons and more rain, so it is recommended not to run in the open air in rainy days and not to forcibly wade into the water. Don't start the forklift again after wading.

3. Pay attention to tire pressure
Due to the high temperature in summer, it is recommended to check the tire pressure regularly. High tire pressure is easy to blow out the tire; low tire pressure is easy to wear out the tire due to heavy steering.

4. Regular maintenance is recommended.
Any mechanical equipment needs serious maintenance, the so-called "three parts repair, seven parts maintenance", forklift regular maintenance, not only can extend the life of the forklift, but also improve work efficiency.

Friendly reminder
The weather is hot, the operator must pay attention to prevent heat stroke!
