Vibrating Grizzly Feeder Working Principle
AGICO CEMENT vibrating grizzly feeder is driven by an electric motor and uses a dual eccentric shaft exciter connected by a V-belt to generate a synthesized linear excitation force, thereby forcing the entire unit to vibrate on supporting springs. When the material enters the hopper, vibration serves as the driving force, causing the material to slide and throw inside the hopper, gradually moving forward and achieving the goal of continuous and uniform feeding.
The two eccentric shafts of the vibrating feeder are connected by a pair of gear pairs with a transmission ratio of 1, ensuring that the two shafts rotate at the same speed and in opposite directions. Due to the equal eccentric mass and eccentricity on both shafts, the inertial forces generated during rotation cancel each other out in one direction and superimpose in the other direction, forming a stable directional excitation force that causes continuous vibration of the feeding tank body rigidly connected to the exciter.
